We are located in the corner of Merrymount Dr and S Mason Rd, between Castle Dental and West Houston Sleep and Diagnostics Center. Our glass door with our name and logo is facing Schlotzky’s.
We offer free parking lot, including handicapped spots. Our office is handicapped accessible.
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: closed
We are proud to provide diagnostic services for hearing and balance disorders as well as hearing aid services for the Greater Houston area, although we see patients from across Texas. If you are coming from out of state or from outside United States, please call us in advance.

Although our patients are mostly adults, we are able to modify our diagnostic services for children as well. Contact us for more information.
Most insurances accepted. Please have insurance information available when you contact us to schedule an appointment. Depending on your insurance, we may need to obtain an order from your physician prior to scheduling your appointment.

Information for Referring Health Providers:
Please send us an order via fax to 281-392-9993 with patient’s name, demographics, and last clinical note. Call us at 832-913-6126 if you need assistance in submitting an order. You will receive the completed report and interpretation via fax within 2 days of service provided.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. Dizziness and Balance Centers of America reserves the right to charge a fee of $25.00 for all missed office visits which, absent a compelling reason, are not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice.
“No Show” fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance, and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple “no shows”, in any 12 month period may result in termination from our practice.
